Jennifer Traveled Extensively with Show Horses (Hunters and Jumpers) in her earlier years, and traveled throughout Europe and the United States being able to take in many beautiful areas, scenery and cultural sites. Her Formal Schooling was in the Interior Design Field at Mount Vernon College in Washington D.C., American College of Interior Design in Luzern Switzerland, and the New York School of Interior Design in New York City. Following the years of Working in the Interior Design Field, it becomes clear were the imaginative mind of Jennifer’s Presentation of the Food Trays, Gorgeous Table Settings and the complete Coordinating of an Event Comes From. Jennifer Does Not Have the Formal Education in the Food Industry as Her Husband Does. After 13 years of great research and studying of the food industry she has accomplished learning the world of being a great Caterer and Event Planner. The Love of Cooking now comes naturally, and having the ability of Fine Taste and that Touch of Design Makes Her Story Complete being able to Give Her Clients the Finest and Most Delicious Tasting Designed Menus and Beautiful Settings for any Event.
Chef Roger F. Plouff c.e.c.,: Executive Chef/Owner has a love for his New England Heritage, Originally from Newburyport Mass. Chef Roger Lived in York Maine for 17 years of his Career. He Served in the Vietnam War as a Lieutenant in the Army, and completed his education in the New England Area. Not only is Chef Roger Talented in the Kitchen, he is an Accomplished Musician writing music and recording songs, and is also an accomplished Author of Children’s Books. Chef Roger has been a Certified Executive Chef for 35 years and is a part-time instructor at the Culinary School in St. Augustine Florida. Chef Roger has accomplished many things in his life time and he still loves to Perform His Magic in the Kitchen, Preparing Wonderful Meals such as his Heritage Seafood Dishes and other Fine Delectable Dishes he offers..
