A La Carte was Established in 1993 by Executive Chef Roger F. Plouff c.e.c and his wife Jennifer Lobrano – Plouff. Chef Roger has over 40 years experience in the Food Industry bringing many wonderful flavors in his foods. Chef Roger is originally from the Northern New England area of Newburyport, Massachusetts and has brought with him delicious flavors of the land and the sea. Event Designer and Chef, Jennifer has brought to the table with her the delicious flavors of the South. Originally from Jacksonville Florida, Jennifer also brings touches of flavor from her Family Heritage from Louisiana and Mississippi areas. Jennifer’s love for design is shown in her coordinating of the events that they handle.
